Due to the pandemic we are extending our return policy from 14 days to 30 days. We have adjusted our return policy to reflect the delays experienced in shipping during Covid-19.
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, to accommodate any issues with fit, Flore Mirabeau will accept shoes for exchange or refund in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, shoes must include the dust bags and the original box, as these are considered part of the product. The shoes must be completely unworn & undamaged with the sole protectors still in place. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Flore Mirabeau reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
For returns within Canada:
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We will also provide you with a Canada Post ID number. You will need both of these numbers for step 2. Once you've received your RMA#, please include a copy of the RMA# with your return.
For a return shipping label, please click here to visit Canada Post. Enter the Canada Post ID # and the Return Merchandise Authorization number and fill out the required information to receive a shipping label. You will need to have your order number handy. Please apply the label to the package to be returned and you can drop your package off at any Canada Post office.
For returns within North America:
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This must be included with your return. To return your order, we recommend using UPS and having a signature required at delivery. Please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please note that purchases from outside Canada do not benefit from complimentary shipping or return.
For International returns:

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return(s) and are processing your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
